Weltkrieg er\u00f6ffnete die Familie Schneider die Gastst\u00e4tte &#8216;Schneiders&#8217;. Sie war damals ein beliebter Treffpunkt des Stuttgarter Platz Kiezes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Jahre 1974 \u00fcbernahm dann Helmut Filusch das Gesch\u00e4ft und nannte es fortan &#8216;Zum Hecht&#8217;. Zu dieser Zeit war der Stuttgarter Platz ein \u00e4u\u00dferst lebhafter Ort im geteilten Berlin. Das Rotlichtviertel boomte und gab dem ganzen Kiez seinen Flair.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber auch die au\u00dferparlamentarischen Revolution\u00e4re wohnten in direkter Nachbarschaft. Nur ein Haus weiter zog die wohl bekannteste WG Deutschlands Quartier. Die Kommune Eins mit ihren schillernden Aktion\u00e4ren wie Rainer Langhans, Fritz Teufel oder Uschi Obermeier. Zu dieser Zeit trafen sich im Hecht die Apo und gr\u00fcndeten in seinen R\u00e4umen die sp\u00e4tere RAF.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Hecht, wie er kurz im Voksmund genannt wird, erreichte dann auch im vereinigten Berlin gro\u00dfen Ruhm \u00fcber die ehemalige Mauer hinweg. Die Mischung des Publikums ist im Hecht so bunt wie nur ganz selten in Berlin. Vom Staatsanwalt bis zum Knacki, vom Schauspieler bis zur Kiezgr\u00f6\u00dfe. Alles trifft sich hier &nbsp;zum gemeinsamen Bierchen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Juli 2010 \u00fcbernam dann der ehemalige Deutsche Schwergewichtsmeister&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kalle-heistermann.de\/\">Karl-Heinz &#8216;Kalle&#8217; Heistermann<\/a>&nbsp;den Laden. Jetzt schloss der Hecht zum ersten mal nach \u00fcber 75 Jahren seine Pforten, um eine l\u00e4ngst f\u00e4llige Renovierung einzuleiten. Nach 3 Monaten schwerer Arbeit zeigt sich der Hecht nun in einem &nbsp;neuen Gewand. Sauber und gepflegt, ohne etwas von seinem alten Charme zu verlieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seither kann man dort sehr gepflegte Biere und ausgesuchte Weine genie\u00dfen.&nbsp;So gibt es neben den Standards Becks, K\u00f6pi, und Erdinger auch seltenere Biersorten. z.B. das legend\u00e4re Hecht Pils (B\u00e4ren Pils) oder eines der besten Weizenbiere \u00fcberhaupt &#8211; &#8220;Unertl&#8221; Kenner wissen das zu sch\u00e4tzen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch im Weinsektor hat der Hecht einiges zu bieten.
