Min gode kollega Mathias fejrede sin kommende familiefor\u00f8gelse p\u00e5 Blend i sommerferien. Da han begejstret fortalte om stedet efter ferien, var der ingen tvivl – det skulle pr\u00f8ves.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Jakob og jeg valgte begge deres 3 retters menu til EUR 39, det kan godt svare sig, og s\u00e5 ligger det jo i kortene at man skal gl\u00e6de sig 3 gange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vi blev p\u00e5 ingen m\u00e5de skuffede, det er virkelig, virkelig, virkelig godt og l\u00e6kkert. Der er helt sikkert kr\u00e6set for alt – r\u00e5varer, fremstilling og pr\u00e6sentation – og det smager forrygende. Vinm\u00e6ssigt blev vi p\u00e5 en pr\u00e6gtig tysk hvid Grauburgunder gennem alle 3 retter – og det var godt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Betjeningen var ogs\u00e5 formidabel. N\u00e5r et sted ser s\u00e5 “fint” ud som Blend, er det naturligt at forvente en vis tysk etikette, men ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 dette punkt blev vi overraskede. S\u00e5 meget at hr. Flottenhejmer Lindegaard gav EUR 19 i drikkepenge. Herefter fik vi begge serveret et stort glas god rom. S\u00e5 var det udlignet igen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menu, vin, cocktails f\u00f8r maden og drikkepenge l\u00f8b op i EUR 150. Mange penge? ja! Dyrt? NEJ!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANTIKLIMAKS ….. en uge efter bes\u00f8get med Jakob, bes\u00f8gte Louise og jeg Blend, med store forventninger. \u00d8v, det var en stor skuffelse!! Efter vi havde bestilt mad og drikkevarer, skete der intet i 40 minutter. Herefter fik vi endelig fat i tjeneren, som forsikrede os, at vi ikke var glemt. Lige efter fik vi forret og drikkevarer, med masser af undskyldninger, blandt andet at der var en ny elev i k\u00f8kkenet. Kort efter vi havde spist forretterne, kom hovedretterne, og forsikring om at vi ville f\u00e5 en STOR overraskelse som undskyldning. S\u00e5 ventede vi en halv time p\u00e5 desserterne, og Louises cheesecake var uspiselig, havde konsistens af alt for gammel fl\u00f8deskum?? Overraskelsen viste sig at v\u00e6re en snaps eller grappa, som de i \u00f8vrigt ogs\u00e5 tilb\u00f8d de andre g\u00e6ster kunne vi h\u00f8re. Vi takkede nej.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
